Welcome to the Masonic Care Queensland Sandgate redevelopment project portal.

Our new state-of-the-art residential care facility, Lucinda, is now complete. This is but the first step in a master plan to redevelop and redefine this historic site. The next stage of exciting development for the site is to build 36 retirement living apartments with a frontage onto Sutton Avenue. Construction of these apartments is now planned to commence early 2012, with completion due early to mid 2013.

Community involvement in the process has been an important focus of this plan. The feedback and comments received have helped to make this a very exciting time of change and vision.
